The Territory Manager (TM) will be responsible for driving commercial growth and market development for the company’s TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation) and Structural Heart portfolio across the assigned UK territory. The TM will act as the key point of contact for interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, cath lab teams, and hospital procurement, ensuring optimal adoption, utilization, and clinical outcomes.

This role requires a of strategic sales expertise, clinical acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in both public (NHS) and private healthcare settings.

Key Accountabilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve or exceed territory sales targets and KPIs for the TAVI / Structural portfolio.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with national sales strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts and growth opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of new products through clinical and commercial engagement.
Customer Engagement & Support
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with interventional cardiologists, surgeons, and cath lab staff.
  • Provide procedural support and training in the cath lab during TAVI and other structural interventions.
  • Partner with key opinion leaders to support education, data dissemination, and clinical programs.
  • Deliver exceptional post‑sale service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Monitor and report competitor activity, market dynamics, and clinical trends.
  • Feed insights to marketing and medical teams to refine value propositions and programs.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with clinical specialists, marketing, and regulatory teams to drive market development.
  • Support regional tenders and reimbursement efforts where required.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Business preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in medical device sales, ideally within cardiology, TAVI, or interventional specialties.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical, hospital‑based environment.
  • Clinical understanding of interventional cardiology procedures and cath lab workflow.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with experience in NHS procurement preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
