Territory Sales Manager – South West England – Dental Implants Company – £35-40k + car allowance + bonus + benefits

The Company

• My client is a family owned company focused on the provision of outstanding dental implants. They have a unique offering with great benefits and sales have increased hugely over the last 7 years.
• They are seen as a respected partner who provide technical support during dental surgeries.
• They are now searching for a Territory Sales Manager to further complement their current high performing team.

The Role

• Your role is to promote the unique product portfolio, explaining the advantages and benefits of the dental portfolio to customers across the territory.
• The role involves product training during dental surgery, supporting customers during surgery until they are comfortable and confident in using the products.
• You will identify future business development opportunities for further growth.
• You will be seen as a knowledgeable partner for dentists and dental surgeons across your territory.
• You will work across South West England, into Central, the territory does not include South Wales.

You

• You will be tenacious, driven and able to build rapport quickly.
• You will enjoy working a field-based role and being out meeting customers and supporting in surgeries regularly.
• You might be a healthcare professional keen to move into a commercial role, a dental nurse, a dental technician, a dental sales rep, a sales rep in another healthcare related field or perhaps a sales rep in a different industry with a science degree. Our client is quite open to different backgrounds, it’s all about finding a professional, dedicated Territory Sales Manager who can be a genuine support and partner to their customers.
• An understanding of dental sales or some knowledge or experience in dentistry would be highly beneficial, but is not essential.
• You need a driving licence and be willing to travel across a large territory.
