Our client is a well‑established international manufacturer of food equipment. As Territory Manager, you'll take ownership of sales and customer development across the UK and Ireland. You'll be the face of the brand‑identifying opportunities, delivering consultative solutions, and driving revenue growth while strengthening market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the territory to exceed sales and margin targets
  • Developing and executing a strategic Territory Plan
  • Building strong relationships with customers, agents, and distributors
  • Supporting partners and sharing market insights with the wider European sales team
  • Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity
  • Representing the brand with professionalism and cultural awareness
  • Willing to travel frequently across the UK and Ireland
Qualifications
  • Experience within food processing, capital equipment sales and a technical background
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
  • Technically capable and confident proposing engineered solutions
  • Experienced in consultative selling, ideally within capital equipment or food processing
  • Skilled in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Autodesk Inventor knowledge a plus)
  • Independent, proactive, and results‑driven
  • A natural communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills
  • Legally authorised to work in the UK and assigned territories
