Job summary

An educational recruitment agency in Essex is seeking 1:1 Tutors to provide individualized support for children with special educational needs. The role involves building relationships, preparing lessons, and submitting progress reports. This is a term-time only position with a requirement for a full enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Autism (ASD).
• Creative, dynamic, and proactive approach to teaching.
• Ability to prepare lessons in advance and submit progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Support children with learning to help them reintegrate into education.
• Deliver sessions in various venues including homes and community centers.
