A sports technology start-up in London is seeking a Tennis Operations Lead to manage the operational delivery of products across the ATP Challenger Tour. The role involves extensive travel for event setups and strong collaboration with clients and teams. As Tennis Operations Lead, you will own the operational delivery of Bolt6’s products across the ATP Challenger Tour. This means ensuring smooth set-up and delivery at more than 100 tournaments worldwide each year, while managing a team of operations engineers and acting as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will spend significant time on the ground at events (150+ travel days annually), setting up equipment, running cables, and working side by side with developers to refine and improve our technology.
We are searching for motivated, driven and proactive individuals, who maintain incredibly high standards to deliver innovative solutions to sporting federations and broadcasters. The role will involve working closely with our customers and software engineering teams to deliver our products at sporting events around the world.
Having started during the Covid-19 pandemic, the majority of us work remotely from home. We also have an office in London (London Bridge), Southampton, Charlotte (North Carolina) and New York (Greenwich Village, Manhattan) for those that prefer office working.
