A prominent property management firm is seeking a Construction Services Assistant to support the construction team. The role involves managing documentation, processing contracts, and overseeing construction deposits. Candidates should have a preferred bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, alongside proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. This position offers a salary range of $30.53 to $40.10 per hour, along with competitive benefits, including paid time off and 401(k) matching.
The Construction Services Assistant provides administrative support services to the entire construction team to facilitate the timely and accurate implementation of the tenant construction process. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving insurance, organizing all construction documentation, processing contracts in Coupa, managing deposits and refunds, as well as collecting, reviewing and processing Tenant Allowance Reimbursements. This role directly reports to the VP of Construction and also assists in administrative duties such as handling the team’s calendar, P Card management, and any other department administrative tasks.

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
