A local government authority in Hinckley is seeking a Tenancy Management Officer to enhance its Housing Options Service. The successful candidate will manage temporary accommodation tenancies, ensure compliance with licence conditions, and support vulnerable tenants. Candidates should have substantial experience in housing management and a strong understanding of housing legislation. This role offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working model.
Grade 6, £33,699 up to £38,220 per annum pro rata – 37 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Options Service and play a key role in managing temporary accommodation tenancies. We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused individual to provide tenancy management services with an emphasis on early intervention and prevention.
We operate a hybrid working model with a mix of office based, home and remote working available when suitable. The contractual base will be office based with agreed flexibility to work from home or at remote working locations in the borough.
