With a supportive team culture, this position offers a basic salary of £26,000 with an OTE of £28,000+, hybrid working options, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

  • Experience in lettings/property is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage student tenancy renewals.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to secure agreements.
  • Draft and process tenancy renewal documents.
  • Assist with coordination of upcoming tenancies.

Known for their exceptional service standards and vibrant team culture, they manage a large and varied rental portfolio including student and professional properties.

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a supportive, high-performing team in a dual-focused tenancy role. You’ll be involved in both tenancy renewals and coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work. Perks include no weekend work, hybrid working, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and a clear commission structure to reward team and individual contributions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage student tenancy renewals
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to secure agreements
  • Draft and process tenancy renewal documents
  • Assist with the coordination of upcoming student tenancies
  • Complete Right to Rent checks and follow up on documentation
  • Draft tenancy agreements and ensure compliance
  • Set up and renew Rent & Legal Protection policies
  • Maintain accurate compliance and policy records
  • Support the deposit return process for Rent Collection and Let Only landlords
  • Communicate with landlords regarding deductions and return instructions
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in lettings or property is ideal, but not essential – full training is provided
  • Good understanding of tenancy processes and Right to Rent checks is beneficial
  • Experience with Rent & Legal Protection policies is a bonus
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Package and Benefits
  • £26,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £28,000+
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per month from home
