Job summary

A leading law firm recruitment agency is looking for a skilled Legal Secretary to join their Tax team on a fixed-term contract. This role requires previous experience supporting fee earners in tax law and offers a hybrid working pattern (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Ideal candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, and be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive PA and legal secretarial support across the team.
  • Draft, amend, and proofread legal documents with accuracy.
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
  • Handle file management, including opening and closing matters.
  • Enter fee earner time and assist with billing processes.
  • Support client onboarding and maintain professional liaison.
  • Deliver general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks.
