An exciting Team Assistant opportunity has arisen with a globally respected investment firm based in London. Known for excellence and developing top assistant talent, this firm offers a fast‑paced, collaborative and international environment.

Based in their state‑of‑the‑art, vibrant, chic and modern offices, you’ll support Associates, Managing Directors, Senior VPs and the ad‑hoc wider team with complex diary management, cross‑time‑zone meetings, international travel and senior stakeholder liaison across Europe, Asia and America.

The team values professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail and strong client‑facing communication.

You’ll need a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consultancy or professional services is highly desirable.
