A not-for-profit organization is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to provide part-time support for approximately 16 hours weekly. This role involves managing inboxes, facilitating board meetings, and maintaining operational processes. Ideal candidates will have experience at the Founder level in a boutique or start-up environment. The position offers flexibility and the chance to implement effective processes, starting in January and requiring a commitment of at least 3 months.

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and discreet Temporary EA to work closely with the Founder of a not for profit start up. This is a great opportunity for an EA who enjoys bringing structure to evolving environments and supporting a busy leader by putting clear processes in place.
Our client is looking for support for approximately 16 hours per week spread across multiple days. The successful EA must be immediately available for a January start and must be happy to work on a hybrid basis with weekly meetings in West London. This is a rolling temporary position but all candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months in post.
