Job Description

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and discreet Temporary EA to work closely with the Founder of a not for profit start up. This is a great opportunity for an EA who enjoys bringing structure to evolving environments and supporting a busy leader by putting clear processes in place.

Our client is looking for support for approximately 16 hours per week spread across multiple days. The successful EA must be immediately available for a January start and must be happy to work on a hybrid basis with weekly meetings in West London. This is a rolling temporary position but all candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months in post.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbox management across multiple email accounts: clearing backlog, flagging actions, and daily oversight
  • Prepare and circulate board papers and action points
  • Take accurate minutes for two internal meetings per month - circulate minutes, prepare agendas, and maintain an up-to-date Action Log
  • Support the implementation and improvement of basic operational processes including share drive
  • Organise and maintain existing files across various platforms
  • Diary management covering both business and occasional private support including travel and appointments
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience supporting at Founder level within a boutique or start-up environment where systems are still evolving
  • Highly organised, calm, and able to work with initiative
  • Confident working across multiple platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Apple, Mailchimp)
  • Strong minute-taking, document management, and follow-up skills

This is a brilliant opportunity for an EA who enjoys implementing process and organisation. This is a great role for a part time candidate seeking flexibility whilst having the opportunity to get fully stuck into a busy role which will really make an impact on the organisation.

Bain and Gray is an equal opportunities employer. We continually strive to improve our processes around our diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.
