Temporary Executive Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to :
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating international travel
- Preparing high-level presentations, reports, and board packs to support strategic decision‑making
- Acting as the business lead on GDPR compliance to ensure accurate record‑keeping and adherence to data protection standards
- Overseeing relationships withsuppliers, including risk management and contract oversight
- Handling HR administration such as onboarding / offboarding and benefits
- Leading Health & Safety activities, including organising committee meetings, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance across the organisation
- Planning and coordinating company events and offsites, managing budgets and liaising with suppliers to ensure successful delivery
- Providing ad hoc project support when required to maintain smooth office functions

Temporary Executive Assistant Experience Essentials
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior professionals
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, manage a busy workload, and use initiative
- Experience managing supplier relationships, contracts, and health & safety compliance
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
