You'll support senior professionals, including MDs, VPs and associates, helping keep fast-moving global teams running smoothly. You'll work across time zones, coordinate meetings, manage expenses and organise international travel. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience, with fluent french. Someone who has been a Team Assistant/ Expense Assistant/ Administrative Assistant and has experience organising domestic travel and coordinating meetings. You'll be confident, outgoing, and client-facing in your communication, as well as eager to grow. If you're an ambitious, proactive assistant keen to work in a collaborative environment and excited by development and progression. This role offers an outstanding platform to build your career.

Responsibilities
  • Managing scheduling meetings across time zones
  • Coordinating global travel and logistics, including flights, accommodation and visa arrangements
  • Processing monthly expenses efficiently
  • Collaborating with team assistants internally and building network across Europe, Asia and America
Requirements
  • 6 months - 1+ years’ experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Must be Fluent German

This is a 12- to 18-month assignment, starting with an initial 6-month contract. Exceptional performance could also open the door to a permanent role, depending on business needs.

Full-time, 5 days a week in the office

£18 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay
