Love Success Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Cardiff to support visa applications and renewals. You will be the first point of contact for applicants, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their visit, with responsibilities spanning form completion, biometric collection, and document handling.

The role requires a valid DBS certificate, 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, starting immediately.

Location: Cardiff
Pay: £13.50 per hour + holiday pay accrual
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Hours: 37.5 hour week - rota basis - Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 4.00pm, 8.45am - 4.45pm, 9am - 5pm
Requirement: Valid DBS certificate
Start: Immediate availability essential
