Overview

Credit Controller | £28,000 | West Bridgford, NG11 | Full time, 3 months, hybrid

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join the team, operating out of their Nottingham based offices on a hybrid basis (Office 3 days per week following initial training).

Responsibilities
  • Chase outstanding payments via telephone, fax and email.
  • Allocate incoming payments to the sales ledger and resolve incoming queries.
  • Work as a strong team player with excellent communication skills, dealing with senior level individuals.
  • Manage debt chasing to deadlines and targets while maintaining customer relationships.
  • Support a backlog of smaller debts resulting from a new system implementation.

  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller with a track record of debt collection and working to targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to achieve results.
