Temporary Accounts / Bookkeeper required for immediate start! – AAT Qualified Essential!

£35,000 – £40,000 per annum Pro-rata (25 hours a week)

Hours can be flexible; Monday – Friday; including school hours. Hybrid / Remote with regular meetings.

You must be a driver due to the location of the office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
• Process sales and purchase invoices
• Using Xero software
• Printing and filing invoices.
• Producing Management Accounts
• Managing Weekly Monthly payroll

Qualifications

• You must possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Worked in a Finance Department
• Attention to detail and strong data analysis abilities are essential
• Previous experience in an administrative and financial role is essential
• A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience working with clients and customers, delivering a quality service at all times
