An independent Nottingham-based business is seeking a Temp to Perm Weekend Showroom Sales Consultant to manage showroom operations and assist customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, guiding them through the showroom, and promoting products. This role offers the chance to earn discounts and additional rewards based on performance. Hours are Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a small, independent Nottingham-based business in their recruitment for a Temp to Perm Showroom Manager to assist with the daily running of the business. The role will involve the operational management of the showroom, to include welcoming customers into their desired areas, guiding around and promoting selected products.

Our client offers free on-site parking alongside the opportunity to earn discounts on products, and additional £30 for each converted customer sale.

• Meeting and greeting customers, directing them to the correct area dependent on their requirement
• Reviewing interior design specifications, providing advice and guidance to customers on products
• Guiding customers around the premises and promoting the products
• Opening and closing the showroom
• Assisting in the general front of house such as making beverages and managing reception

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience of running a small retail business
• A friendly and welcoming professional manner
• Previous experience working in a front of house role advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with people from all backgrounds
• Ability to work proficiently alone
