Temporary part time Finance Administrator

Our client is a small membership organisation in the Maritime Industry based in London Bridge. They are looking for an Administrator with Finance experience to help with invoicing one day per week starting in early January.

Part time (1 day per week) | Office based in London Bridge or remote based

£14ph | 9am to 5pm | 3 months temporary

Duties of the role:
  • Manage the invoicing for customer subscriptions to the membership organisation
  • Updating the system and ensuring a certificate is sent to the customer confirming their subscription
  • Knowledge of Dext and Xero is beneficial
  • Any other finance Admin duties required
