Telesales Team Manager Sales Training & Events

Location: Office-based near Solihull (own car essential; no public transport access). Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 basic uncapped commission (realistic OTE GBP60,000). Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm).

Are you an experienced telesales manager with a knack for motivating teams, driving sales, and hitting targets? My client, a leading provider of sales training events and online courses, is looking for a Telesales Team Manager to lead their growing team.

In this role, you’ll manage a team of Sales Executives, ensuring they’re hitting targets, converting leads, and delivering exceptional results. You’ll be hands-on when needed — coaching, supporting, and stepping in to close deals — but you’ll also trust your team to perform without micromanaging.

  • GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 basic with a realistic OTE of GBP60,000.
