A successful insurance broking group is seeking a Team Leader for their telesales team in Stockton. The ideal candidate will have experience leading in a KPI-driven environment. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, setting sales targets, and being involved in recruitment. The role offers a competitive salary of £35-40k plus bonus and various employee benefits, including flexible working hours and annual leave.

It s an exciting time to be joining them in their Stockton office, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future. As part of these plans, they have been growing their business development team (which now sits at 8) and are now looking for someone who can come in and manage and lead this team forward.
You will be responsible for managing the telesales team, monitoring team and individual performance, setting weekly and monthly sales targets, compiling and presenting reports as well as leading by example, where necessary and calling and securing prospects, reporting into the Head of Sales & Marketing of the group.
There are plans afoot to take this team to 12 over the next 6 months, so you will also be responsible for the recruitment of the new staff, being involved within interviewing and decision making on the next hires here.
Salary on offer is £35-40k basic plus bonus (Circa £5k pa)
Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, however they offer flexi time, so you can work 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am to 6pm to suit. They also offer:-
