Overview

Sales Development Rep / B2B Lead Generator

Up to GBP27,000 DOE + high OTE

Role

We are looking for an experienced Telephone Business Development Executive / SDR Sales Development Representative for a position with a successful technology company based in Bellshill.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities and set sales appointments for field sales colleagues to attend.
• Be responsible for the first stage of the sales process; appointments handed over to field sales consultants to present and complete the sale.
• Call both new and existing customers.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience of telesales lead generation or outbound B2B telesales of IT-based technology solutions is preferred.
• Alternatively, proven Appointment Making / Lead Generation experience in another sector with a solid career history.

Location & Work Pattern

Role is primarily office based in Bellshill, with some days working from home if you wish. Applicants must live within local areas.

Compensation

Starting basic salary up to GBP27,000, plus an excellent commission structure enabling earnings well above base.
