Your primary goal is to connect with potential customers, build rapport, and secure appointments so their sales team can attend site visits and prepare accurate quotations.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls using an internal database system.
  • Focus on quality over quantity calls.
  • Book appointments for the sales team to attend and price up cleaning jobs.
  • Conduct follow-up calls where required to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointment details in the CRM/database.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold our commitment to customer care.
