Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years B2B sales or telesales experience ideally with account management exposure.
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for hitting targets.
  • Solid IT skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and written skills.

Responsibilities

  • Calling existing customers to strengthen relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Carrying out proactive telesales activity to bring in new business.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts ensuring every customer receives first-class service.
  • Working closely with your Sales Manager to smash monthly targets.
  • Developing strong knowledge of our product range.
  • Handling inbound enquiries and providing clear support.
  • Using CRM tools to identify new opportunities.
