Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed targets across enquiries, booked appointments and attended appointments
  • Deliver excellent inbound and outbound service to introducers and customers
  • Handle new introducer calls and promote the full Key Partnerships proposition
  • Respond to inbound enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Complete onboarding calls and ensure all FCA checks and CRM records are accurate
  • Support business development activity, including outbound calls to new joiners and follow-ups on marketing campaigns
  • Create strong sales opportunities for Partnership Account Managers and Self-Employed Advisers
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with a wide range of introducers
  • Proactive, target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Positive, resilient, relationship-builder
  • Experience in account management, telesales or customer service is helpful but not essential - attitude and energy matter most
