A leading UK recruitment firm is hiring a Tele Sales executive to drive new business in freight services. This role involves generating leads, cold calling, and working with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of telesales experience and strong negotiation skills. Competitive package including uncapped commission and various incentives offered.

Role
  • Generate your own business leads & act on leads sent from other team members.
  • Cold calling prospects to identify new business.
  • Generate new quotes to pass to the operations team.
  • Work closely with the operations team to give accurate pricing & customer satisfaction.
Candidate
  • Ideally at least 1 years' experience in sales over the phone.
  • Highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of the UK/ Global freight industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Package
  • Monday to Friday 0900-1700hrs
