Responsibilities

  • You\'ll be responsible for coordinating the relationship with our key outsourced technology partner

What you\'ll do

You\'ll be responsible for the technology vendor management of our key partner and making sure the delivery is in line with wider programme plans and controls. You\'ll be accountable for developing working relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and coordinating teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Go-to-market, assisting with meeting coordination and issue escalation.

You\'ll also:

  • Oversee that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders to enable change to be implemented and handed over
  • Work with the Product Management and Delivery functions to ensure that we are delivering the required software in line with required Agile milestones
  • Track issues and progress against milestones
  • Recommend process improvement to enhance the vendor relationships
Qualifications

The skills you\'ll need

You\'ll need experience of delivering programme management in a technology or IT function, and the ability to use Agile methodology and associated toolsets.

You\'ll also need:

  • Evidential experience of project planning and control, RAID management, governance, scope management, benefits tracking, business case management, and cost management
  • A background in project stakeholder management, managing outsourced partners, aligning strategies, lifecycle management, and business readiness
  • Strong experience and an understanding of the UK Fintech market and ideally embedded finance or Banking as a Service
