Job Description: This role entails regional responsibilities for the EMA region (Europe Middle East Africa) leading and executing pivotal business technology projects on and around our CRM platform. Supporting sales marketing and digital in this leadership role you will oversee all aspects of our CRM platform including driving projects from conception to completion establishing and managing a development team ensuring technical solutions address business challenges with measurable outcomes and metrics creating and implementing a cohesive technical roadmap aligned with key business priorities on the CRM platform. Additionally youll be responsible for presenting and aligning leaders on business and technology strategies managing licenses financials and metrics consulting and collaborating with various technology teams on project execution overseeing design governance and reliability and leading development teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and achieve desired goals. The TPM will also collaborate closely with business and solution leads to drive integrated digital initiatives and programs within the CRM platform.
Certified on a CRM platform.
Experience working with Sales and Marketing Organizations.
Experience in Medical Devices Pharmaceuticals or Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
Experience in regulatory and compliance matters (GDPR etc.).
Experience working in a Shared Services IT Operating model where development and support services are provided by shared services organizations that support multiple functional and organizational units.
Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. GxP HIPAA GDPR etc.).
Ability to context switch between multiple complex and fast-moving projects while maintaining high quality and rapid delivery.
