My client are undergoing continued 50% year on year growth. They are one of the largest tech search firms and have ambitious growth plans. In line with these plans they are looking for Principals and Partners to join the team in a fee earning capacity.

My client is looking for candidates with potential, they are a very entrepreneurial firm, there is a friendly culture, but most importantly there is a lot of collaboration, between staff, teams and offices globally. They operate across a global remit with 40% focused on VC business (series A to E), 40% is PE. 20% is public and corporate, this hire therefore must understand early-stage tech disruption and transformation.

This firm operates across multiple sectors from B2B/B2C Consumer right through to FinTech. They are also functional specialists and are looking for hungry candidates who are keen to bolster their current offerings or want the freedom and backing to building an entire practice. Candidates must have a strong billing history to be considered.
