Anexciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Technology EnhancedLearning (TEL) Officer to work as part of the Organisational Development andCulture (OD&C) Team, to support the development of eLearning packages,digital content within the Trust on a full-time permanent contract.
Thepost will be integral to the OD&C team where you will be responsible forcollaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce high qualityeLearning packages, videos, and other forms of TEL intervention.

Workingwithin the Organisational Development & Culture (OD&C) department thepost holder will work collaboratively with subject specialists and stafffocus groups to produce high quality eLearning packages, videos and podcastsand other forms of TEL intervention.They will be resourceful and work well with direction from theOrganisational Development Practitioner (ODP) and using their own initiativeto scope development requirements and manage workflow.
Thepostholder will also be responsible for liaising with clinical andprofessional colleagues to support the delivery of compulsory learningprovision. Additionally, they will work closely with the OrganisationalDevelopment (OD) team in developing training packages specialising inLearning and Development skills.
Thepost holder will provide system administration, technical support, and adviceon eLearning creation. You will be an accomplished and self-motivatedindividual with excellent technical, digital and media skills.
Theywill have the ability to work under your own initiative with minimalsupervision, working to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Theywill also be involved in the evaluation and on-going development of theseprogrammes.
Thepost includes diary management, maintenance of accurate records and digitalinformation management.
Thepost holder will develop training that engages, motivate and provides keyinformation to learning, which can be measured against agreed outcomes, aimsand requirements.
