Jemcaare is currently offering a fantastic opportunity as a Vehicle Technician to join our business based out of our Toyota Enfield dealership. This role would suit someone who has an interest in developing their technical knowledge and improving labor productivity.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will work to service and repair vehicles with the customer in mind at all times. Knowledgeable and professional, you'll work in your team to diagnose faults and investigate any issues the customer has. This role would suit a main dealer Vehicle Technician who is looking to increase their OTE and knowledge of hybrid technology.

What we need
  1. Deliver complete customer satisfaction
  2. Work as part of the workshop team to carry out scheduled vehicle service and repair work, in accordance with the manufacturer technical standards
  3. Examine vehicles and diagnose non-routine defects, either in the workshop or during a road test, using knowledge of the vehicles and technologies concerned
  4. Examine vehicles and report defects against Department of Environment (MOT) and Vehicle Safety Report (VSR) standards
  5. Work in accordance with workshop and dealership Health & Safety requirements
  6. Work with colleagues to maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidiness
  7. Take personal responsibility for the daily maintenance of workshop equipment, and report any equipment defects or problems
  8. Attend all specialised training, product knowledge, and any other relevant training as requested
  9. Reach and maintain appropriate level of Technician Certification
  10. Work quickly and effectively to meet productivity and efficacy targets
Your Skills
  1. Relevant experience as a Vehicle Technician
  2. Must have experience working within a Main Dealer
  3. Hold a valid MOT Licence (not essential)
  4. Ability to interact with customers to deliver excellent service
  5. Work efficiently under pressure
  6. Understanding of computer systems such as email, online training, and manufacturer technical systems
  7. Work quickly and efficiently to ensure work is completed on time and right the first time
