A leading water utility company in the UK is seeking a Technical Training Consultant. This role involves delivering and improving Operational and Health & Safety training for employees. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 training qualification or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. The position supports hybrid work arrangements and offers a competitive salary.

Thames Water is seeking a Technical Training Consultant to support the design, delivery, and continual improvement of our Operational Technical and Health & Safety training.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our employees and contractors have the knowledge, skills and competencies to work safely, effectively, and in line with internal standards and external regulations.
