The Technical Services Team Leader will supervise and lead the Operations & Maintenance Team and be responsible for implementing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site maintenance activities. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organisation's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
