As the Technical Services Manager, you will act as a technical lead within GH&E, supporting operational delivery across multiple accounts. You will provide strategic and specialist advice, drive statutory compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise technical performance. This role is key to maintaining contractual obligations, embedding safe systems of work, and championing sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide all aspects of technical service provision across GH&E accounts.
• Provide expert advice on estate management and technical operations.
• Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers to enhance efficiency and standards.
• Support account teams in achieving financial targets and KPIs through effective service delivery.
• Oversee lifecycle profiling and asset management, including capital projects and refurbishments.
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation, NHS policies, British Standards, and best practices.
• Promote environmental sustainability and energy management measures.
• Manage technical audits and risk profiles for each contract.
• Represent GH&E at technical forums and provide feedback to leadership teams.
