Qualifications

• I.T Support experience around 3rd Line Support required.
• Experience of project implementation, monitoring, and maintaining systems and networks.
• Diagnosing faults on both hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical site visits to customer locations for installations and audits.
• Conduct wireless and network audits assessing key infrastructure components.
• Support customers on-premises Azure and third-party platforms.
