Overview

We are working with a well established reputable family run business who supply Waterproofing systems and Flat roofing to contractors across the UK. They have a brand new role available for a Technical Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a field based role, and you can be based anywhere in the UK. Depending on the area in which you live, you will manage that area.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop relationships with roofing contractors, builders, architects, and property managers.
  • Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on customer needs and project specifications.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to ensure proper application of roofing products.
  • Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations to clients and distributors.
  • Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and bids.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, new technologies, and competitor products.
  • Work closely with the technical and support teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads.
Requirements
