Syntech Recruitment is currently working with a long-standing client who is recruiting for a Technical Project Manager for their office in Yateley, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a background in Control Systems/PLC and be familiar with automation, SCADA, and HMI systems. Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage technical engineering projects, including programme management and planning to ensure tasks, timescales, and deliverables are met.
  2. Control and oversee project budgets.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of engineers to achieve optimal performance.
  5. Conduct project review meetings and discussions with clients/end users to ensure adherence to project controls and that deliverables meet expectations.
  6. Utilize support from the Project Management Office to ensure compliance with project lifecycle governance.
About You
  1. Knowledge of engineering/control systems.
  2. Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI drives, and instrumentation.
  3. Commercial awareness.
