They are looking for several technical Product Managers to oversee their infrastructure and incident management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer needs into smart roadmaps and products people actually enjoy using.
• Work with design and engineering to bring ideas to life, monitor the market, and ensure strategy remains sharp.
• Collaborate across teams to launch features with impact by working with marketing, sales, and support, and solve problems before they become roadblocks.
• Oversee the product areas related to infrastructure and incident management platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as a product manager in a SaaS organisation, with ability to prioritise, find opportunities in ambiguity, and rally teams around a plan.
• A love for user experience and comfort with technical details.
• Technical experience on the platform side, including containerised platforms using Kubernetes, databases, and observability tools such as Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
