Responsibilities

• Oversee HACCP plans, Quality Manual & Animal Welfare SOPs.
• Lead BRC, FSS, and customer audits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and legislation.
• Drive continuous improvement across production and quality systems.
• Manage KPIs, internal audits, and technical documentation.
• Liaise with external authorities and customers.
