Salary: from up to £41,930 per annum*

Pension Scheme: Teachers Pension with Employer Contribution of 28.68%

What You'll Do

• Deliver practical workshops in mechanical and electrical engineering, including installations, systems, testing, and safety procedures
• Share your real-world industry experience to make learning relevant and engaging
• Teach supporting classroom theory sessions
• Enhance our curriculum with your knowledge of engineering applications, including pneumatics (advantageous)
• Work with colleagues and local employers to ensure our training reflects industry needs
• Support students in achieving industry-standard engineering qualifications and certifications

What We Need From You

• A Engineering Degree or Vocational Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering/Electronics, or a closely related discipline (City & Guilds, EAL, HNC/HND, or equivalent)
• At least 3 years' recent industry experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
• A good working knowledge of industry standard
• Experience or knowledge of pneumatics is highly advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to complete teaching and assessing qualifications (fully funded)
