As the Technical Lead, you will oversee a section of the engineering team, champion best practices, and set the technical direction for our products. Balancing approximately 50% hands‑on technical work with 50% team leadership, you will directly impact product development and the growth of your team. You will be involved in practical technical tasks while also fostering collaboration and driving performance through effective management and coaching.
