The role

This is a 100% candidate-focused role. You will spend your time mapping markets, identifying and engaging hard-to-reach candidates, managing end-to-end candidate processes, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior engineers and leaders.

There is no business development, no sales targets, and no client pitching. Clients are already won. Your focus is building exceptional candidate pipelines and delivering hires.

What we’re looking for
  • Have solid experience recruiting in candidate‑short, highly specialised markets (ideally software engineering, product, data, or technical leadership)
  • Are confident with active sourcing as your primary delivery method, not inbound applications
  • Can build credibility quickly with senior, in‑demand candidates
  • Communicate with clarity, and confidence
  • Are comfortable working fully remotely and managing your own time and output
