Job summary

A global creative agency is seeking a Technical Designer to produce drawings and develop construction details. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across RIBA Stages 4–7 and a practical mind to balance aesthetics with technical integration. This role predominantly offers home working with occasional travel to clients' London office. Candidates should be comfortable managing elements like AV integration, setworks, and lighting design.

We are working with this global creative agency and design & deliverVisitor Centres, Museums & Attractions.

The role is primarily focused on producing drawings, developing construction details, and liaising with subcontractors — so experience in this areawithin our sectoris important. We’re looking for someone who ispractically minded, able to balance aesthetics with a strong understanding of technical integration (e.g.,how screens are built into setworks while remaining accessible for maintenance, etc.).

As a Technical Designer, you will have strong experience acrossRIBA Stages 4–7. A generalist would also be very welcome, provided they have strong experience in drawing packages but looking for someone with experience across the various elements that make up our projects — AV integration, setworks, object cases, lighting etc

This role is predominantly home working that will require travelling to our clients London office once or twice per month.
