Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural and engineering information between consultants, site, and internal teams.
• Manage technical approvals, including planning conditions, building regulations, and NHBC.
• Support the preparation and release of working drawings and construction details.
• Liaise with utility providers and statutory authorities.
• Ensure timely resolution of design and technical issues.
