Location: Kingston, Surrey

Salary: Up to £55,000 + package

Role: Technical Coordinator

Location near Kingston Upon Thames

Company: An established, dynamic residential developer with a strong reputation in the construction industry, delivering quality homes across the South East of England. They specialise in bespoke design and build projects in exclusive locations, including multi‑million pound mansions.

Due to growing success and innovative business, they are seeking an ambitious Technical Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role will be based at their office near Kingston Upon Thames.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the production of working drawings
  • Attend meetings with consultants and organise additional surveys where required
  • Support and assist Technical Management to ensure designs meet project expectations
  • Ensure all legal requirements are approved to ensure projects are constructed to a high standard
  • Be on site occasionally to carry out site checks
  • Formulate and continuously develop briefs by organising applicable information as instructed by the Technical Manager
  • Follow technical processes and procedures and address any technical issues to improve project processes
  • Check full working drawing packages
Qualifications / Skills

Experience in the Residential sector is required. The role involves coordination, drawing production, site visits, and collaboration with consultants and the Technical Manager. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
