Technical Coordinator - National Residential Developer

Up to £55k DOE plus company package

With a strong pipeline of projects across the country and a reputation for design excellence, sustainability, and innovation, we are now looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our growing team.

About the Role

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator. They are looking for someone who has a solid work background and who has experience working for a Residential Developer. It is essential that you have knowledge of building processes covering, residential projects with ideally traditional build homes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation and approval of technical drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate the design process from planning application to construction stage
  • Liaise with external consultants, local authorities, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all designs comply with current regulations and company standards
  • Support value engineering exercises to ensure commercial viability
  • Attend site meetings and provide ongoing technical support to site teams
  • Identify and manage potential risks and technical issues proactively

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £55k DOE. Requirements

  • Must have worked for a Residential Developer within recent years
  • Architectural background an advantage
