This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional administration support to a small team of three. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in administration and client communication, along with the ability to manage and improve processes. Previous industry experience within a busy construction, facilities management or health & safety environment would be advantageous.

The successful Technical Co‑ordinator will be expected to:

  • Be self‑motivated, highly organised, and have excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be confident using digital systems for uploading, tracking, and maintaining information
  • Be comfortable working in a process‑driven environment, adhering to and improving systems
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable however full training will be provided

Job Description:

The Technical Co‑ordinator will play a pivotal role with the delivery and coordination of technical and operational support, with a primary focus on preparing, and managing Safe Systems of Work and will be hands‑on in tool and equipment management, PPE and workwear administration, compliance tracking, stock management, and technical documentation.

Duties to Include but not Limited to:
  • Manage tool and equipment hire, lifting gear, ensuring suitability and readiness for each project
  • Author and prepare safe systems of work templates and job‑specific in advance, ensuring compliance with company SLAs
  • Complete and track compliance, maintenance for all tools, lifting gear
  • Inspect and record PPE and workwear, ensuring timely ordering, distribution, and replacement.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of PPE and workwear issue, inspection, expiry, and compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the UK team and the factory
  • Organise and coordinate deliveries from suppliers, the factory, and to customers and field teams
  • Monitor and manage van stock, engineer sundry items, and lock‑up stock
  • Maintain accurate records and replenish stock as required
  • Maintain and update competency's for engineers
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and audits
  • Support the Head of Service & RRR in administering H&S reports and actions

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am - 4.30pm - however some flexibility can be on start or finish time

Salary: £30-£36k dependant on experience
