A leading construction company in Chelmsford is seeking a diligent Technical Coordinator to deliver essential technical support, ensuring compliance and coordination for various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a focus on health & safety within a dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional administration support to a small team of three. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in administration and client communication, along with the ability to manage and improve processes. Previous industry experience within a busy construction, facilities management or health & safety environment would be advantageous.

The Technical Co‑ordinator will play a pivotal role with the delivery and coordination of technical and operational support, with a primary focus on preparing, and managing Safe Systems of Work and will be hands‑on in tool and equipment management, PPE and workwear administration, compliance tracking, stock management, and technical documentation.

Training will be provided however strong communication skills to support with administration and a passion for compliance, Health & Safety within construction is essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am - 4.30pm - however some flexibility can be on start or finish time
Salary: £30-£36k dependant on experience
