A leading recruitment agency in Greater London is seeking a Technical Building Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical services. The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications and have experience in facility maintenance, particularly with HVAC systems. Qualifications

• Qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in relevant Building Services Engineering disciplines.
• Experience with and ideally holding formal qualification in F-Gas.
• Capable of completing essential documentation in accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the maintenance and repair of HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical services.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork.
• Ensure all statutory certification is in place and logged.

Skills

Experience with HVAC systems

Qualified to City & Guilds Level 2

Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
