A prestigious hotel and resort situated in Scotland is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee all technical aspects of events. The successful candidate will manage technicians, support clients, produce quotes, and ensure all event aspects are delivered professionally. Ideal candidates should possess experience in corporate AV project management, quick problem-solving skills, and a valid UK driving licence. £40,000.00 – £46,000.00 per annum
This role is 40 hours per week and mainly office‑based, but flexibility is needed.
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for quoting and overseeing all technical aspects of any event. You will manage allocated technicians and ensure that all staff are adequately briefed and prepared for forthcoming events in a timely manner. You will support clients in all technical areas of an event. This will involve extensive pre‑production work prior to event sign‑off to include technical quotations, scale plans, set design, set visuals, H&S requirements and rigging sign off.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a project manager in corporate AV and be passionate about working in the audio‑visual field and delivering exceptional service to clients.
