Technical Architect - Global Marine Energy Leader

Hybrid | Central London | 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Salary : £120K - £130K

We're hiring a Technical Architect to take a strategic lead in shaping the future of technology for a global marine energy innovator. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CTO, focused on creating a cohesive architecture that supports business growth and operational excellence.

You’ll assess the current technology landscape across trading systems, finance, and middle office, identify gaps, and design a roadmap to leave legacy systems behind and build a modern, integrated ecosystem.

This is not a hands‑on coding role – it’s about vision, strategy, and influence. You’ll guide the mapping and research phase, evaluate pricing and trading systems, and make informed recommendations that transform how we operate. We need someone who can bridge the gap between technology and business.
