We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Administrator – Operations Support to join our busy operations team. If you have exceptional MS Word skills, particularly in using Word’s schematics and drawing functions, and thrive in a technically driven environment, this could be the ideal role for you.

About the Role:
You’ll be at the heart of the admin function, providing crucial support to our water technicians and operations team. From processing technical reports to converting field drawings into professional schematics using advanced Word features, your work will help ensure our documentation is clear, accurate, and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and edit technical schematics and drawings using Microsoft Word

Liaise closely with technicians, surveyors, and risk assessors to interpret and convert site data

Manage all administrative duties to support the office and field operations

Collate, format, and process technical reports and documentation

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely distribution of documents

About You:
Strong background in administration, ideally within a technical or engineering environment

Advanced Microsoft Word skills, particularly with drawing tools and schematic creation

Experience working alongside technicians, surveyors, or risk assessors

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Confident communicator and team player

Desirable:
Experience in utilities, engineering, or water-related industries

Familiarity with health & safety or compliance documentation
